This festival will be a time for celebration, communication and reflection—a time to meet old friends, make new friends and strengthen our yoga community in the South West.
Theme of the weekend will be Space and Stillness. We hope that like-minded souls will come together to learn from each other and grow together in Yoga.
Plenary speaker for the weekend will be Jenni Adams, Hatha Yoga practitioner and Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.

Plenary speaker at the Festival
Jenni Adams has been teaching Yoga since the mid-l970s. In addition to regular Hatha Yoga Practice and Meditation classes, she teaches children, the elderly and frail, disabled people and their carers, Womens' Institute members and inmates of H.M. Prisons. She also leads seminars, retreats and holidays at home and abroad. Regardless of who or where - the message is the same: Yoga as union, liberty and raising the awareness of health, wholeness and well-being of body, mind and spirit. The common theme in her work is respect for self, respect for others, respect for the world in which we live, and attentiveness to the Divine. Her faith embraces the East to deepen in the West.
Jenni holds the BWY Teaching Diploma and has led seminars at the BWY Annual Congress. In addition to teaching in her own home studio in Torquay, she is a regular guest teacher at The Yoga For Health Foundation at Ickwell Bury, Bedford and Denman College, Oxford. She is a Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, is also on the International Register of Bach Practitioners, and has trained in counselling, massage, Reiki and drama therapy. Jenni is also author of Stress - A Friend for Life and Mind Your Body cassettes.
